It is a nice figure, but I just do not like the kitty!Beast design.

I like KittyHank. I really don’t like Cassaday’s take on him.

Exact feelings, Fox. I especially dislike the uniform.
I’m much fonder of Frank Quitely’s or Steven Sanders’.

Figured I’d round off the Big Blue Trio of the X-Books. I will not deny that Mystique looked damn good in black leather back during her solo series, but it did not translate well to lead, IMO. And that pose…just no.

Also, wrong shade of blue — Raven should be shadowy and dangerous; she should not look like a robin’s egg.

It might’ve been based off of one of Mike Mayhew’s covers. She didn’t to be a much lighter blue on those, and that was the only time her shirt looked like that (i’ve actually been reading the series over this past week).

The part that really bugs me is her eyes. The color is way too dull, and her expression is really neutral. There just isn’t much Raven in this one, I think. :/
